Private adoption is different from foster care. When you choose to create an adoption plan, you are voluntarily choosing to place your child in a loving home. A Loving Option is not foster care and does not remove children from parents' homes.

You can contact us at any point in your pregnancy, including while you are at the hospital, even if you have already delivered.

Each situation is unique, but birth and legal fathers have rights throughout the adoption process. We educate the birth father to ensure he understands the adoption process and his legal rights.

If you are a pregnant woman concerned because of domestic violence or because you were a victim of a crime, there are legal processes to help ensure your safety as you pursue an adoption plan.
